The James H.W. Thompson Foundation in Bangkok, committed to the preservation and conservation of Thailand’s cultural heritage, has awarded Jensen a grant to support the Wat Chong Klang Project. The Foundation is under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Chakri Sirindhorn.
Many thanks to the generous contributors to The Wat Chong Klang Project, Jensen’s project replacing 19th-century Burmese glass paintings, destroyed in an earthquake, in a Buddhist temple in Mae Hong Son, Thailand.
Pledge awards included patches embroidered with the Wat Chong Klang Project logo, inclusion in private catered VIP party, paintings on glass, and an all-inclusive guided tour in Mae Hong Son, Thailand. FUNDED AT 118% on May 7, with late pledges still coming in, months later….thank you!
